    I learned few new techniques..but I recomnend 7 habbits of Steven Covey..most of the information included in this book are in Steven s book but in a smoother andclear way..

    This is an excellent rounder on the core aspects of NLP to transform personal life development in the areas of goal setting, relationship development and creating a compelling future through utliziing theadvanced life transformation strategies If you are into personal development, this one is a MUST.

    As usual we should be attentive to headings like Do a lot in no time The book is stuck between being in depth and for mass reading According to me the result is none of both neither presenting the core of the NLP model nor easy to read practical handbook However could be used for gaining overview of the subject and decide into which perspective to dig.

    Really interesting information on goal setting as well as strategies for negotiation Some of the stuff is a bit out there.

    Great Introductory text, if you are willing to read carefully Why wouldn t you if you want to actually learn NLP This is not a mass market, formula approach that often lacks depth The authors did a splendid job of keeping it short, while loading the text This way you can use the text as a continual reference not something most mass market books can do.

    I m not sure I can really classify this as read Maybe I wasn t in the right frame of mind, but I just couldn t get into this one.

    I am sure this is a good book but somehow I just can t get through it I suppose I am reading it too fast and not giving it time to sink in properly I will persevere.
