    Thoroughly enjoyed this guy's perspective As a self proclaimed foodie and an interventional cardiologist he really breaks down what you should and shouldn't eat how you should and shouldn't eat it and really preaches that the most important thing in life is to enjoy yourself He encourages the reader to find a middle road between health fanatic and food obsession I found his wit both relatable and charming and there are a ton of healthy recipes in it that are also available on his website
