    Who is Gloria Steinem? by Sarah Fabiny is about feminism and how one reporter Gloria who doesn’t give up about what she believes in I chose to read this book because the cover was intriguing and I love learning about how woman like Gloria can use there intellegence to change the world I recommend this to people who like the author and like learning about very important people While reading the book I learned that a rocky beginning to your life can make you strong and confident but have a lot of doubtsGloria faked to being a reporter that was a man instead of being a woman to show that we are all eual People thought that woman were house wives and did the small parts but they can do than that This biography was interesting and a good book to read even if it’s a short book

    This book is a book that really can bring out power in people This is a really important topic Gloria Steinem changed women's rights She helped fight to give women the opportunity to have a choice in their careers rather than only having the option to be housewives or have typical girly jobs She was inspired by her experiences and Gandhi was a big influence for her He was a leader who fought with words and actions not violence and weapons Gloria was engaged to get married early in her life but called off her engagement so she could keep fighting for women's rights She got married when she was 66 after working most of her life to make a difference

    Great book for kids to learn who Gloria Steinem is and how hard she worked to overcome obstacles and become a role model for kids everywhere as a primary leader in feminism and women's rights My daughter and I both read this as part of a book club we are in I'm looking forward to the book club discussion on Gloria's life and accomplishments There was a lot I as an adult didn't know about her

    Good overview of Steinem and her life It's perfect for middle grade readers and people like me who want to know the gist without getting too bogged down with detailsI had no idea she was born in Ohio or spent time in India
