    Mixed up in an evening of deception homicide and fraud Edith had no clue of it when she agreed to go out All those in uestion are very mysterious and sly How is Edith ever going to find out which one of them is the culprit? Ah that is the uestion but little do they know how ingenious she is? This book is really a fun short read It’s written well with lots of scheming secrecy and suspense Jayne Bailey is one clever cookie coming up with this Sherlock Holmes type tale Great read for one of those kick back relaxing nights I read the whole book in one sitting in my pjs with my cuddly blanket and a cup of iced tea

    Edith goes with her son to an after concert party with his business associates The owner is killed as is her friend the accountant Nicely complicated for a short but punctuation spelling problems are uncorrected Not uite a wallbanger
