    Lacked instructional diagramsI am experienced in working out on and off for ten years so I wanted to read this book to get information so that my workouts could be a little varied Even though I am uite experienced and knowledgeable in a variety of workout exercises I am also a very visual person While trying to read the description of several exercises particularly bridges bridge progressions and the sun related one I found myself needing a diagram for help There weren't any so I needed to find some YouTube videos for help That's a little lacking in my opinion Otherwise I liked the ideas and I liked the information about negative calories
