The first book in this series I loved but it was a hard read This book was easier and had a lot less violence and still I loved it It was great also to see some of the characters from Legacy I'm so in love with authors that tie on all their series together

I liked Avery and was rooting for her to overcome such an incredibly horrible assault Fury on the other hand frustrated me and I wanted to smack him I really enjoyed this book and would have given it 4 stars but I personally have an issue with the big age gaps in stories It's really creepy to me the read about guys becoming sexually attracted to girls they pretty much helped raise Seriously can none of these guys fall for women within 5 years of their own age? Are there no guys that are appealing to these girls that are less then 9 years older than them?

  3. Judy Judy says:

Good story line but the editing is just so bad I couldn't give a rating any higher than a two I might have been a little lenient but every book I have read by this author in two different series has a terrible issue with editing Don't know if I'll read any or not

35 4 starsEnjoyable Entertaining readsAll Books in the Devil Spawn series and Vengeance series either have A few spelling errors Letters missing from words eg hem instead of them he instead of her etc and other misc errors such as timeline not matching or description of events not matching in other books eg we were told that Avery left the club house and moved into Beth's old apartment when Fury kept busting into the room at the clubhouse to get her to talk but in this book that event never occurred Fury left after Avery was refusing to talk to anyone he went on a road trip to sort himself outApart from these issues I enjoyed the books and seriesRecommendTanner aka Fury and Avery Avery is saint and Tilly's daughter from Devil's Spawn MC

Great ReadEnjoyed this one Fury finally gets his happily ever after with Avery There is a lot going on in this story

  6. Dmd Dmd says:

Great storyline 2nd book in this series is spectacular This author does not disappoint Fury needed to learn a lesson and Avery was the one to teach him Avery was such a strong woman and hopefully she will inspire others who read this book Can't wait to read all the books in this series

  7. Danielle Danielle says:

Wasn't bad but wasn't a page turner for me either was a slow book

  8. Kaeren Kaeren says:

Never disappointsI read all the devils spawn series and when the plans for vengeance came out and Natasha intended them to be darker I was worried what they would contain Some of devils spawn isn't for the light hearted particularly adelyn and reaper who I must admit infuriates me I have never forgiven the man for his actions yes I know he's not real lol but when I read call me vengeance I was happy it wasn't that dark admittedly the kidnapping and torture aren't anything light but its just the right amount of dark and gritty for me Fury isn't dark or particularly gritty it's the healing balm needed and I'm glad for the softer side of the mc being shown Doesn't mean I don't wanna smack fury upside the head for going radio silent and the little texts and secret thoughts at the beginning of chapters have me chuckling but overall it was the big heart ahhh of peace needed before what I'm sure is gonna be the explosive story of Jonas and Blaine thank you natasha

  9. Carol Carol says:

Fury the protagonist is fraught with poor decision making about his personal life and running away doesn't seem to help Mean while life in the Vengeance compound continues to be unpredictable whilst their Enforcer takes a break Boss lays down the gauntlet and tells Fury his time on the road must end Avery his patient friend has had enough of his wavering and selfish behaviour The line is drawn and he must step up to the plate or Avery will walk away This installment of the MC is filled with updates on the background of the attacks in the previous book plus so much The members of this bikers club are all mentioned as are a few other new additions Plenty of back stories to enhance the tale that interweaves with the biker crew giving further enjoyment Still missing letters and words persist but not as many as in previous segments of this series Loved the book cover it suited the H perfectly

  10. Denise MacDonald Denise MacDonald says:

There was to much going on in this book The author says it is a stand alone but I don't think it is There are a lot of characters in this book many who are in other series' written by this author I think I would have enjoyed the book a lot if I had read all those other books first That said it was a good book and inspired me to go ahead and read all those other books by the author Her character development is great and I love the way she throws some humor in there
