    I was given a preview to read this book and wow I stayed up until 200am reading it It starts in Ireland where the younger daughter meets and falls in love with a member of the Irish Revolution She does something and her parents send her to the US to stay with an older sister to save her life Both good and bad things happen on that journey It's a book one shouldn't miss

    What a wonderful book The author tells the story of her great grandmother's immigrating alone from the political turmoil in Ireland to the United States in 1884 as a very young woman The story is based on facts and is written in the first person By the time I finished reading this wonderful book I felt like I had known Dehlia Fleming personallyRusty Watson is an artist not only with paints and canvas but also with words She transports her readers to a different time and place I would recommend this wonderful book to anyone and I hope this author continues to write
