    I’m giving it five stars despite finding two very bad typos in it an editor is never ‘off’ because that’s how good the recipes ideas and writing are I read a lot of cookbooks but rarely am I moved to make a recipe immediately before I’ve even finished the book but I was in this case the marmalade and poppy seed breakfast muffins so that says a lot And even though it’s not a vegetarian cookbook most of the recipes are or could be easily made so another major plus for me With and people eating less meat these days food writers could take a leaf out of her book in this regard Miers gives lots of great ideas things I’d not thought of before for using up ingredients or making uick snacks with leftovers She’s a woman after my own heart passionate about food and enjoys cooking even after a busy day mindful of eating well for mind and body and LOVES CHILLIES but understands how even the keenest cook can lack motivation when time is short I got this at the library but I’ll be buying my own copy at the earliest opportunity Highly recommended for anyone who’d like a bit of inspiration for everyday cooking
