    This book I am reviewing based on the book content and so want to stress that I have not followed the diet so cannot comment on its effectiveness But as far as the book goes I found it uite interesting in reading about the Ketogenic theory which the author provides a sound amount of detail about There are a load of recipes in the book although through them are a fair few instances of use of brand name which would mean nothing to someone such as myself who is outside of the US perhaps a description of what those items are rather than familiar brand name known to US citizens would make it easier for non US residents? There is also a 14 day dietary plan which uses the recipes provided so overall it seems like a good go to for someone wishing to try this kind of diet Overall this book seems a good starting point I might even give it a go if I can work out what those brand names are and find suitable substitutes in my own country
