“Letter to Santa a Christmas book” is book 5 of “The Adventures of Midge and Moo” series Midge and Moo are back to charm your child and you If you remember Midge and Moo are constant companions They came home from the hospital together and have been best friends ever since Midge was two days old Moo of course is Midge’s black and white toy cow They have had many adventures togetherAs Christmas is approaching Midge writes uite a few letters to Santa asking for impossible gifts for herself and for Moo She asks for long hair a dragon a castle a rocket ship or a unicorn To Santa “ps Or a reindeer”Midge also writes to Santa to thank him for her new toys after Christmas She says she loves her new toys This is sweet and is also a good example for your child to thank those who give himher gifts Then Midge asks Santa for a robot for next Christmas the kind that picks up toys Her mom has told her that good girls pick up their toys when they are finished playing This is a hilarious Christmas book It will make you and your child laugh The book is accompanied by the author’s colorful stylized illustrations My favorite is the one of Midge and Moo cuddling with an imaginary green dragonNote Kerry Mcuaide has both written and illustrated the books in this series Each book of this series can stand alone and be enjoyed by itself but it is fun to read the whole series to your child

Instead of writing a Christmas list this small child is writing letters to Santa dating them December 1st 8th 9th And instead of offering a well planned list of expensive gifts she’s asking for things that might place her and her treasured toy into a fairytale Of course not a scary fairytale as she hastens to explain when Mom tells her dragons might not always be niceThe illustrations have a nice blend of childish drawings like pictures on the kitchen fridge and brightly enticing images of child and toys The reuests follow a childishly logical path And the conclusion’s fun A Christmas book for all the year perhaps and especially for that time of dreams before Christmas or of messy bedrooms afterwardDisclosure I was given a free ecopy and I offer my honest review

It's December and Midge decides she and Moo should begin their letter to Santa Throughout the month Midge and Moo write a series of letters explaining what they'd like to have Midge has a vivid imagination and she's very smart too Join Midge and Moo to find out what's next This book will help your child understand there are other children like them Everyone has written a letter to Santa but in book Ms Mcuaide shows us the need to write MANY letters to Santa It's imaginative colorful and beyond adorable You children will ask you to read this one over and over I found no issues I gave this one 5 cheers out of 5 because it should be Christmas all year long Copy of book provided by author in exchange for a fair review

We don't do a whole lot of Santa in our home However my kids still have the magic of Santa and this book is super cute for Christmas Midge writes letters to Santa each one super cute asking for something and then explaining why she could not have that item Like the real castle she wants her mom tells her it won't fit in the house In the end this book is an enjoyable read that my daughter loved even though we are nowhere near Christmas time season I just adore the illustrations as wellWE love the Midge and Moo series

  7. Billie Billie says:
