The Summer Cabin is a whirlwind of a read By the time you get invested in the characters and their story it's all over with a uickness and you're left not knowing what hit you It's charming and very heartwarming I absolutely loved every second of this book Lucas and Madison are my new favorite couple I highly recommend this book especially if you are short on time and need something that won't take up too much time to read A must read

The short length of this book made it impossible to explore those story elements further A shame because they would have made for much intriguing reading If a uick really uick deck chair read is what you're after this is just the kind of book you love to find on a shelf of your own summer rental cabin EnjoyFull Review

This is a fast paced short story that is uite enjoyable The story is about a second chance at love The characters are interesting and likable The story feels like it's a set up for a series or a short story between books Overall I liked it I received a copy of this book from the author my review has been voluntarily submitted

  4. Amanda Campbell Amanda Campbell says:

This is an extremely uick read You jumped right into the story and as soon as you feel like your getting attached to the characters Lucas and Madison its over It is truly a story you would read absentmindedly It feels like it was a seuel or is a preuel to a book about whatever mission they were talking about Super uick read

  5. Monica Monica says:

I know this is a short story but I would have liked slightly about the characters It was difficult for me to feel their love and passion At least from an emotional standpoint A uick and sweet read though

  6. Rhi Rhi says:

Madison returns to her uncle's cabin after his death terrified that she will have to give it up because she is white and not Native American like her uncle When Lucas Blackfeather walked back into her life the passion and desire that once existed between them reignites Can they overcome their fears this time around? I wanted to like this than I did This short novella left me wondering if it served as a preuel or seuel to another book While the writing is good the characters memorable and the sex well done I wanted to see of Madison and Lucas and the development of their relationship Potential conflicts are hinted at but the novella ends before they are reached I was left wanting Too many plot points happened too uickly or were ignored for me to give this than 3 stars This is a shame because it had a lot of potential

I was gifted an e copy of this book in exchange for my honest review I really liked the concept of the book but I felt it was too short to tell the full story There were allusions to the past between Madison and Lucas and to Madison's Uncle Jonas but no clear memories It was very vague and the way they just fell back together was too simple By the end of the story not only did I feel little to no connection to the characters but also I had way too many uestions I'd like to read this story as a full length novel with fully fleshed out characters with complete back stories and an HEA that takes just a little bit of work As it stands now I can't exactly recommended it but it has the potential to be great

I was very pleased with this story I wish it had been a longer one though After her Uncle Jonas passed away Madison had to go back to see about the Cabin she grew up in and her former love Lucas was there will they rekindle their love for one another? Will she get to keep the cabin her Uncle left and will she want to stay? I recommend this to those who love to read a short sweet and sexy story

  9. Angie Angie says:

An interesting short story Madison leave the life she'd been living with her Uncle on the reservation to Perdue her own adult life After many years and her uncles passing she returns to their summer cabin and Lucas Bloodfeather the man she cared for so much for in her past After he discovers her return they try to make a go of their lost love Sweet Short and a fast read I liked it Though it was a bit too short for my liking 45 starsATA Book Blog
